Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HealthX Plus, platform by Unity Discounts, we are committed to delivering valuable healthcare benefits to our subscribers. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and hence we offer a simple and transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our users.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscribers can cancel their membership within 7 days of purchase for any reason — no questions asked.
  • Cancellation requests must be made by logging into the user dashboard or by emailing us at support@healthxplus.com.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Upon successful cancellation (within the 7-day window), a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, please contact us at support@healthxplus.com with your transaction ID.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations requested after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for users who have already used or claimed any benefit or service under their subscription.
  • Bonuses and Referral commissions are non-refundable.

4. Subscription Modifications

  • We currently do not support partial cancellations or downgrades of the subscription plan.
  • Users can wait until their current subscription expires before choosing a new plan.
